The Nasdaq-100 has created tremendous wealth for long-term investors. Over the last 10 years, the growth-focused index has returned 20.6% annually, easily outperforming the S&P 500 (SNPINDEX:^GSPC), which returned 15.5% annually.
The three Nasdaq-100 stocks listed below have the highest implied upside among index constituents, based on Wall Street’s median target prices. In fact, consensus estimates suggest all three stocks could double investors’ money over the next year.

CoreWeave operates a cloud computing platform built specifically for artificial intelligence (AI). Whereas general-purpose clouds like Amazon and Microsoft support a broad range of tasks, CoreWeave rents access to large clusters of powerful GPUs that are primarily used for a single purpose: training and running AI models.
CoreWeave’s competitive edge comes from its specialized infrastructure and expertise in managing large GPU clusters. The company routinely delivers leading results at the MLPerf benchmarks, objective tests that evaluate AI systems across training and inference tasks. In September, independent research company SemiAnalysis recognized CoreWeave as the best AI cloud for the third consecutive time.
“CoreWeave continues to set the benchmark for AI cloud performance by demonstrating strong technical execution and operational maturity in managing large-scale AI solutions,” wrote Dylan Patel, chief analyst at SemiAnalysis.
CoreWeave delivered strong second-quarter financial results, with revenue soaring 112% to $2.5 billion. But the company is leaning heavily on debt to finance the infrastructure expansion needed to sustain that growth, and interest expense is weighing on profitability. In fact, interest expense rose 140% and consumed 25% of sales in the second quarter.
On the bright side, CoreWeave reported $679 million in cash from operations, up from a $251 million loss in the same quarter last year. And the stock looks rather attractive at 3.6 times sales, especially when Wall Street expects sales to grow at 130% annually through 2027.
Nebius operates a cloud computing platform purpose-built for AI. While SemiAnalysis has consistently ranked CoreWeave as the industry leader, Nebius closed the gap over the past year. CoreWeave was the only AI cloud awarded the top rating (platinum) in November 2025, but Nebius joined the platinum tier in September 2026.
SemiAnalysis explained, “While CoreWeave still sets the technical bar for others to follow, Nebius is now an established provider that consistently commands premium pricing over others.” The report highlighted Nebius’ large deals with hyperscalers Meta Platforms and Microsoft, as well as smaller deals with Reflection AI and Palantir Technologies.
Nebius delivered impressive financial results in the second quarter. Revenue soared 454% to $582 billion, and GAAP earnings improved to $2.05 per diluted share, up from a loss of $0.68 in the same quarter last year. Additionally, whereas CoreWeave’s interest expense consumed 25% of revenue, Nebius’ interest expense consumed 20% of revenue.
Nebius stock looks expensive at 31 times sales, but the valuation is a bit more tolerable in context. Wall Street estimates sales will increase at 350% annually through 2027, meaning the stock currently trades at 3.4 times projected 2027 sales. Even so, I prefer CoreWeave over Nebius given its status as the industry leader and its cheaper valuation.
Alnylam Pharmaceuticals develops RNA interference (RNAi) medications, treatments that silence specific disease-causing genes before harmful proteins are made. Its marketed therapies primarily address rare genetic disorders, and its pipeline spans treatments for cardiovascular, metabolic, and neurological diseases, often focusing on conditions with limited existing treatment options.
Alnylam reported encouraging third-quarter financial results. Product revenue increased 52% to $1.2 billion, driven by strong sales growth across its transthyretin (TTR) franchise. Amvuttra and Onpattro, treatments for a rare hereditary condition called TTR-mediated amyloidosis, accounted for about 90% of product revenue.
Looking ahead, Alnylam has an extensive product pipeline, and one of its most promising novel therapies is nucresiran, a next-generation RNAi medication designed to treat TTR-mediated amyloidosis with less frequent dosing than Amvuttra and Onpattro. Nucresiran is currently in Phase 3 clinical trials, and Alnylam anticipates a 2030 product launch with an indication for cardiomyopathy caused by TTR-mediated amyloidosis.
Alnylam currently trades at 4.3 times sales, its cheapest valuation in the past decade. That multiple looks particularly attractive because Wall Street estimates revenue will increase at 24% annually through 2027. Investors seeking greater exposure to the healthcare sector or pharmaceutical stocks should consider buying a small position in Alnylam.
