Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel or change your plan from Billing & Orders in your account. Contributor, Basic and Pro run monthly or yearly; Enterprise and Institutional are yearly.
Does paying guarantee my article is published?
No. Every article is read by an editor, paid or not. Paying moves you to the front of the queue; it does not skip the review.
Is there a complimentary option?
Yes — your firm's directory page and publishing on Retirely are complimentary. Contributor adds the Verified badge, the firm page upgrade, priority review and a compliance archive.
Is checkout secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Retirely never sees or stores your card number.
